I heard a very interesting story which I believe is wroth the time to read and inshallah I would like to share it with you all!

A son made a request to his father, he asked if his father would buy him a sport car, once he successfully graduated from school. The son asked his father for the car since, he knew it would not be difficult for his father to buy him this car. A few months later the son graduated, and happily told his father. The father called him to his "study" to give him his present. It was beautifully wraped in nice paper, he excitedly opened the package to find before him the Holy Quran. The son was angry at his father, because he did not ask for the Quran he asked for a sport car!!, he was angry to the extent that he left the house!! About a week later someone informed him that his father had passed away! He was shocked and broke into tears ,and he rushed to his father house. He rushed into the study ,the last place where he left his dad and found the Quran lying on the table. The son felt bad, for what he said and did and started to cry, he opend the Quran and fliped a few pages, when an evelope fell out. He picked it up and opened it, inside he found the key of his new sport car the one he really wanted (and a saw at a car dealer) He cried and cired, and wanted to say sorry but it was too late for that, he realized his big mistake and how much his father had did for him, along with the key to the car, his father had left behind a will in which he gave everything to his only child, his son!

Subhanallah! What is the point of this story? We have sooo many things naimahs from Allah swt but we are so unthank-ful. We are always complaing and we are never satisfied with what we have, somtimes we even get angry. We should be thank-ful to Allah swt and to our parents who Love us sooo much, and do so much for us :)

Ha! He judged the book by the cover, which we also often do. Had he cracked it open, he would have found more than the expected contents. Not only his father's love, not only the guidance from Allah swt but also what he had asked for, which pales next to the former two. But alas, this is the way Allah intended the boy to receive his gift because now the lesson is understood. Had he graciously (in respect of his father) accepted the gift he would have opened it later to find the car key and would probably have left the Qu'ran set asside and run off to enjoy his car. This way, the way it actually happened, the boy learned a valuable lesson about the dunia and his love for it and how empty it all is. Subhan Allah. Now, how does the story really end? What is not yet written? What does he now do with the car?
