Divorce Question!!

Asalaamu'alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatauh

My question is related to divorce. If a man divorces his wife and doesn’t rujoo’ during the I’ddah. And the women after the divorce does not marry another man, then is it possible for that man to marry that women with new nikkah, no matter how many years have passed?( in case of talaq raj’ee)

jazak Allah khair.on emore question, in case of ikhtilaf about the three talaq given at once, among jumhoor ulama and ahl-hadith, what is the ruling?

In this case the matter should be refered to the Qadhi (judge) or the Imam. In general, cases involving divorce require thorough review and questioning by the Imam or Qadhi.

*(As for the majority opinion, they considered it as three, but remember these cases should be refered to the judges or Imams)
