Asalamu Alaykum,

With 60 people registered for our class we need to give one last harddd push, and insh Allah aim to get 40 people to register in one week...Very possible insh Allah.

Khair, with Jummuah this week...Lets make it very easy for people to register for the class. Stand outside jummuah prayer with a clipboard and registration forms, and give it one last push insh Allah.

This Jummuah is critical:

So if the following people can take care of these jummuah locations:

Concordia: Monzor/Myself/Sr.Sadaf or Sr.Sadia
Mcgill: Hassan/Sr.Saba
UDEM: Sr.Barbara
Vanier: Br.Omar/Sr.Asma
Champlain: Anyone knowanyone who prays there?

ALso...pick up the phone, and invite people who havent taken a class.

Lastly, we also have the CAIR dinner on the weekend, where insh Allah we are gonna have a table.

Who's Monzor? Never heard of a Monzor attending ConU.

Seriously though, I don't go to ConU for jum'a. I go to Super Markazo (southside4life!).

PS. If there really is a brother Monzor then please disregard my comments :D

What about the other mosques? I noted we are only blitzing the university ones. I am working but will try to wiggle out and attend the one at umah or sunnah. In sha allah.

Noted in the thread about the broadcast in Concordia about the husband/wife khutba, this idea came up for raising interest
Assalam Alaikum,
how about having a kind of umm... 'survey' two, three days before the event. The survey asks people about the kind of qualities (external and internal) they want to look for in a spouse, and which of these qualities are morally sound in their opinion. And then once they have completed the form, give them a pamphlet inviting them to come over and see an event that will give them what kind of qualities Allah looks for in Muslim spouses. Keywords: Allahu A'lam !!! (Aww Yeahhh) Fi Aman AllahSo I thought, great idea for the Rizq Management class, a short survey about the character of a haji, or someone who gives charity, or the fasting person, then zing-em with an invitation to register.
