Assalamu Alaykum
this question is addressed to Shaykh Yasir regarding the lowering of the gaze.
A man is doing his utmost to lower his gaze and prevent himself from the desire that comes from catching sight of a lady. He feels regret and shame each time this happens.Despite his efforts he finds it extremely difficult to lower his gaze, he does sincere istighfar and prays that his gaze will come under his control. He is searching for a solution for this issue. What would be suggested for such a person?
May Allah make us firm on the Deen and protect us from all sources of Fitnah...!!! AMEEN.
