i would like the teachers or other students of knowledge to please answer this question with all requisite proofs.
a practicing muslim couple in the usa divorced. they have sons aged 5 and 9.
1/ is the mother or the father granted custody after the divorce?
2/ at what age does the period of the mother's custody end ? who gets custody at that time?
2/ what is the effect of the mother's marriage to another man if she has custody?
4/ regardless of the status of the custody arrangement - ('physical custody' in american legal terms), who has the right to make important decisions regarding the child's education, welfare, and so on ('legal custody' in american legal terms?
