No, Hayl was up against Hosna at first, but I put Hosna up against Durbah, and Ittihaad didn't have a competitor, so Hayl is up against Ittihaad now.

O brother of AbdulHamid,
I disagree with you: Hayl has 1% chance.

From a neutral point of view, Ittihaad should be ashamed because it contains 2 major cities. One may argue that there's the bording thingey. On the other hand, Ittihaad has Ann Arbor, Flint, & Toledo within 1 hour driving.
