My name is Mohsin and i am the UK marketing manager. Mashallah the first event has been remarkable and we have a good turn out. AlhamduAllah in Al-Maghrib history this event has had the largest turnout for a first event, let’s use this as a milestone and try to now become even biGGER and beTTER!!!


If there are any brothers and sisters who want to assist in Marketing for future events please come forward. Qabeela Al-Shams is not Al-Maghribs Qabeela it is London’s so if it is going to be successful the Londoners need to work together.

I don't want to think that you're alone on this thread. Marketing is absolutely integral to the success of AlMaghrib here in the UK.

Although I don't have any formal qualification in this field - it excites me. If there is something you would like help with, please count me in.

I dont know whether this is the best place to post but here it goes anyway....

I work with different sectors of the government (dont get scared.lol) and as well as huge investment companies....anyway to cut it short, we have had a HUGE underspend in my section and asked I my director if we could use some of the promotional companies we have to produce goodies for al maghrib/qabeelat al-shams...i.e. bags, t-shirts etc. she gave me the go ahead to order whatever I need within the budget of course (no strings attached)...oh on the condition whoever im purchasing it on behalf of is based in the UK.

...so the question remains...does qabeelat al-Shams want this offer.

if so can someone get back to me within the next two weeks as time is running out for us....

This is probably a bit cheeky of me but is there anyway that we can exchange the idea of wearing a wrist band for the seminar's as they are:

a) not cost effective
b) not environmentally friendly
c) look like hospital wrsitbands. :)

Can we go for badges instead please as you can:

a) Reuse them
b) More environmentally friendly
c) More cost effective
d) Ive got tons of these things lying around (they are all in mint condition and I have been looking to do something with them for ages!)
