Asalaamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!
I have some relatives in Mubeen and they would like to know if there are any hifdh classes in Memphis(like atlocal masajid, wherever it may be). Its for a 14/15 year old "young man". So if anybody knows, it would be much appreciated, just let us know in this thread, please! jazakomAllahu kheiran!
Don't let em down!
Ps I was also curious, how diverse ethnicity-wise is the AlMag classes over there...I personally, would be very surprised if any arabs attend. I would imagine more pakistanis for some reason, which is masha Allah good for you guys, but not good for us guys(arabs).
You guys need to HIT up them Ay-rabs. MAKE THEM come to the class! bi idhnillah

We do have A quran memorization class this summer, tell your relatives to contact
Masjid AnNoor.
Our class is pretty diverse... American, Arab, Bangeli, Indian and Pakistani. I am not sure which is the majority, it seems to vary.

Jazakillahu kheiran! thats great news! Alhamdulillah. Could you tell me more about this program? Do you know any boys that have been in it? I want to know how do they like it, what do they say about it. Do they teach according to proper tajweed?
My brothers and sistesr in Memphis, I have a favor to ask from all of you! Please keep a lookout for more programs and pleasee post it so everyone will know and it will be easier for me to get this info to my aunt. She doesn't know English that well so its hard for her to know about these sort of things.
JazakomAllahukheiran!
