...he's worked hard to provide for his parents, siblings AND wife and kids single-handedly.

...he's taught me the value of pursuing knowledge in EVERYTHING, deen and dunya.

...he's put up with my nonsense and taught me to deal with that of others.

...he's taught me to be patient with my younger brothers.

...he's taught me to tie my camel then put my trust in Allah.

...I love his broken Spanish. :D

May Allah put him in jannatul firdaws and let him retire to a life of ease. Ameen. :)

I thought it was appropriate to acknowledge our fathers, too. Share some funny dad stories while you're at it, too! :D

...because no matter how bad the weather is he will take me to the masjid

...beacuse he taught me that u must 'put your money in your pocket and not in your heart'

...because he will always listen to me recite quran

...because he takes me out special places alone :)

...because he hugs me and kisses me and tell me how much he loves me all the time

...because he taught me the most valuable lessons of my life

...because he spends many hours working just for our sake

...because he is my hero in every way

...because he is amazing

I think whatever I say won't be enough justice, so I'll just leave it at that..

Next thing you know, there will be threads saying, "Ya Allah, bless my Grandmother because...", and "Ya Allah, bless my brother because..." (not that there's anything wrong with that :-) ) May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, Lord of all mankind, bless the entire Muslim ummah.lol.

Ameen. :)
