assalamualykum wa rahmatullah

Wanted to take the time out and thank the brothers and sisters at mubeen for taking care (putting up) with us. We really enjoyed the brotherhood and hospitality showed to us. The dinner and dessert were exceptional to say the least.

People who stood out

- The brother in the front row who laughed at about every single slide.
- The uncles - Probably the most (in number and class interaction) I've ever seen mA, the youth can take some lessons from them.
- The registration sister - madd props, when others were not helping or didnt know what to do, she took care of all 4 of us at once! mA amazing job.
- The caretaker of masjid noor - killer humor, friendly, and warm.
- sister sabrina - youngest (and probably brightest) student who asked some intersting questions.
- Brother Usama and Ameer saab.

so, from all of us who came down - JazkaAllah Khair, May Allah(swt) bless you, your families, and community with the best of this life and the next, ameen.

Take care and until next time
assalamualykum

A very big jazakum Allahu khayran to all the brothers and sisters down in Memphis. I've been here before because my wife lives down here, so on visits I've experienced the awesome atmosphere of this small but amazing community before. The brothers that I told to come take the class, though, were a bit skeptical about how great Memphis really was. Needless to say, they were shocked - in a good way.

Growing up and living in a big Muslim community like Chicago, it's hard for us Muslims to enjoy the simple blessings of brotherhood and community. So many different groups of friends, so many family dawats, and we all get lost in the chaos sometimes - anyone who lives in a metropolis city can attest to the fact that at times it gets difficult just keeping pace.

Coming to Memphis, though, is a nice slow down, a nice reminder that simple things like good food and good company with awesome brothers and sisters is one of the biggest blessings Allah [swt] has ever given us. May Allah grant us all success, ameen.

In a time where a lot of Qabeelah concentrate on getting numbers numbers numbers, Mubeen is a refreshing sip of cool water (so to speak) as to how a smaller community of AlMaghrib students can help the Ummah as well.

Jazakum Allahu khayran.
