Asalamu alaikum, here are the answers to some of these questions from my notes (these could be wrong, and I would double check with Shaikh Abdul Bary):
Issue #2 (Used water): The strongest opinion is that it is pure unless proven otherwise.
Ibn al-Mundhir wrote a book on ijma’ (consensus), but I don’t know the title or if it is existence today.
Issue #6 (Animal dung/urine): Strongest opinion is that of Imam Ahmad, that if its meat is halal, its urine/dung also pure.
Issue #7 (Purity of semen): The strongest opinion is in favor of its purity.
Issue #9 (vessels of non-Muslims): Strongest opinion is that it is not permissible to use them unless no alternatives exist.
Issue #14 (Touching the Private Parts): The strongest opinion is that of the majority, namely, that touching the genitals does break your wudu.

Assalaamu'alaykum
during our study sessions we encountered a few more questions:
what is Qunut alAa'rida and what is Qunut anNawwazil
also if you do sajdah asSahwi because you have added something to the prayer so you make it after the tasleem but do you do the tasleem another time after the sajdah
jazakAllahu khairan
