Sujud as-Sahwi and Toes questions...

As-Salaamu-alaikum Sheikh AbdulBary. JazakAllahu khairan for teaching us. I really enjoyed TPA, especially yesterday's class! :) If you get a chance, could you please answer a couple questions I have...

1. If your toes lift off the ground during sujud, does this break your salah? I've heard this before.

2. When making sujud as-sahwi, do you make 1 tasleem and then make the 2 extra sujud? Do you need to recite tashahud again?
