Importance of Piety and Righteousness

Assalaamu alaikum,

What did you all come up with during your jam' sessions? This is what I have:

In bride:

*she will be content/ forgiving/ patient adding harmony to home
*adds barakah
*treats husband kindly/politely/respectfully
*raises children according to Islaamic akhlaaq with the right priorities (her children will also be role models for others) Through her you will be helping to change the entire society.
*fulfill obligations
*husband will feel confident in the chastity of his wife (ensuring a trusting relationship)
*help her husband grow in faith and protect him from haraam

In groom:

*treats wife kindly/generously/respectfully
*sets correct standards for the home
*represents family in a good way
*maintains/encourages relationships with righteous families that will help his family
*helps wife grow in faith and protects her from haraam
*understands wife's rights and strives to give her these rights including proper Islaamic education
*Gains trust of wife giving her security
*is forgiving/understanding/patient adding harmonyto home
*fulfills responsibilities

one more... if husband and wife are pious they will help the other maintain family ties, treat each other's parents' etc. well, and thus make for a more relaxed atmosphere and harmonious family at large.
