Good start akhi, and lets raise the bar higher this time..higher than a 1000 gem...

This class is one of the most interesting classes you will probably ever attend...It's full with gems insha'allah.

…the the cities of Islam grew, and illiteracy disappeared from among the Arabs because of their constant occupation with the Qur’an. After that, the development of fiqh took place. Fiqh was perfected and came to be a craft and a science. The Qur’an readers were no longer called Qur’an readers but Fuqaha’ (Jurists) and religious scholars.

Human Legislation comes from human beings

Divine Legislation lasts in this world and the hereafter

Human Legislation only accounts for this world, not the hereafter (it’s legal-until-you-get-caught mentality)

Divine Legislation, you are accountable to Allah (swt) before anyone else

Human Legislation, you are only accountable to the law

Divine Legislation will not change, if something is evil now, it will be evil forever

Human Legislation changes based on public opinion, example: homosexuality

Divine Legislation considers positive or negative rules/laws (reward & punishment)

Human Legislation considers negative laws only (no rewards for being good)
