Name Calling (tm): The Sunnah Diet
Bismillah.
Alhamdulillah, I have compiled - from the information all of us collected in the eating habits threads - 21 habits of Allah's Messenger's - sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam - diet. Now, I need a name for this diet. A cool name that we can present to even non-Muslims, in sha Allah. That's my goal, that even non-Muslims can benefit from this diet and - in sha Allah - get introduced to Islam while they lose 40 pounds. There's the Atkins diet. The south beach diet. The vegetarian diet. The vegans. You name it. We need a NAME for this diet to be presented to the world, in sha Allah. Let me start the ball rolling:
