Good job, you're comming closer. actually Fiqh Al-Aqalliyyat studies the Nawazil of Muslim minorities in non-Muslim countries. If someone interested in reading about that (Arabic only unfortunately) There is a good study by Khalid Abdul-Qadir (Fiqh Al-Aqalliyyat Al-Muslima) The Fiqh of Muslim minorities.
