Red face Question about Perished Nations

Assalamualikum,

I'm not sure where I'm supposed to post this, so please feel free to move it to the appropriate folder.

I was wondering if there are anymore Perished Nations lectures going to be posted? The last one was I think in the beginning of March, and a new one hasn't come since.

Another thing is that the one of the people of Thamud, has part 2 missing.

Jazakallah Khair.

Re: Question about Perished Nations

wa Alaikom Assalam wa Rahmtullah,

Perished Nations is a 4 part series.
1st: Qawm Hood (A'aad)
2nd: Qawm Salih (Thamood)
3rd:Qawm Loot (The people of Loot)
4th: Qawm fer'awn - The people of Fer'aw ( Moosa Alaihi Assalam)

There are no more lectures coming out. We can ask the Shaikh Hafidhahullah for more lectures, etc. We can make some noise, like Shaikh Muhammad likes to say .
Here is the link to Part two of the 4 part series, Thamood, and inshaAllah you can click on the second part and it worked fine for me, if not, let me know and we wll see if we can work something out.

P.S All the lectures, the 4 of them, are available on this site, including some articles written by the Shaikh's Sister.

Re: Question about Perished Nations

Salaam Alaikum
So I was listening to the lecture on Qawm -e- Loot. I noticed the Sheikh using a word a lot and couldn't even find it in an arabic - english dictionary.

The word is 'Aafiyah or 'Aafiya'. Could someone let me know what it means?

P.S. How about making some noise for Qawm -e- Nooh and Qawm -e- Ibraheem?

They have a new folder for ilmcast, maybe you should post your questions there. I would also like to know what that word means as well.
