6. Ibn Ruquyyim (Rahimahullah) (might not be exact quote): There is not a pleasure in this life that it is but a reminder of the reward in Jannah. And there is not a displeasure in this world that it is but a reminder of the punishment of Jahannam.

22. Rasulullah(saw) said to a group of sahaba, he said, "When you pass by the meadows of Paradise indulge freely in it!" They said, "Ya Rasulullah, what are the meadows of Paradise?" Rasulullah (saw) said: "The circles of knowledge!"
