JazakAllah khayr for the new notes firstly. May Allah swt bless your Qabeelat and the sister who made these notes mashaAllah.

Almost finished going through one of the PDFs, Usul-al-Aqeedah by Sheikh Waleed. There is a mistake right at the bottom of page 15. The names should be Faatimah and Khadijah respectively inshaAllah.

Asalamualaikum

so um, I just discovered this delightful thread ... and I can't access any of the notes, is there a reason for that? or is it just my computer being weird?

and the message I get says:

"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

... but even though its telling me that, I thought I'd ask

That's weird. I can access them. Perhaps it's your computer? Perhaps try a different browser or restart your computer. Allahu 'alam. InshaAllah other more computer-savy brothers and sisters can advise you.

i can access them also, make sure you were signed in when you tried.

are the pdfs the compilations of the word documents? or are they two different things?

Ahh, I tried all that, JazakAllahuKhair for trying though =D, but Alhumdulillah, got it figured out and here is the deal for the others who couldn't access them:

you have to join the Qabeelat Durbah usergroup, (in the 'user cp' under 'miscellaneous', click on 'group memberships' and just join it, it won't change your current title, to do that you'd have to go under a tab lower down in the page and stuff.... anyways back to the point...) in addition to whichever Qabeelat you are to access the files =D interesting forum quirk, that

I've been trying to dl some of the "comprehensive notes" yet the pdfs are showing errors and the word documents font(?) is getting everything all scrambled.

Solutions?

Supplicate to Allah for me!” So, he said: “O Allah! Forgive ‘A’ishah her past and future sins, what she has hidden, as well as what she has made apparent.” So, I began smiling, to the point that my head fell into the lap of the Messenger of Allah sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam out of joy.
