A relationship is like a thread - once it breaks, you can mend it...but the knot will always remain.

We all seek healthier relationships [with family, friends, loved ones, acquaintances etc.] but often forget that a big step in achieving that goal is being mindful of our tongues - what we say and how we say it.

Often times in just a few words, we reveal the state of our inner-self...and it's not always pretty.
