Vegans?
When this class was given in Memphis, Veganism and Vegetarianism was mentioned briefly. I just recently learned that the majority or ppl with eating disorders are either vegan or vegetarian.
Eating Disorders are something our community does not discuss.
It should be addressed even briefly in this class or others.
