make an intentions list -of all the good things you want to do insha Allah, and be sincere in it
if not the reward for the action, then at least the reward for the intention will be yours!

Sin is not recorded unless a person meditated to do it. One who sins out of ignorance will not be punished.
There will however be worldly concequences. e.g: smashed the window by mistake - you got to fix it |

If mujtahids disagree on a ruling, one of them is wrong. However they are not blameworthy because they followed the principles/usool/codes to derive that ruling.
