Lightbulb BIG Name Calling (TM): Consultancy training

Bismillah.
As some of you may know, one of my focuses these days is in developing a super charged, super powerful Instructor training program, in sha Allah.

My goal is to make this instructor training available for other leaders, Imams, super exceptional youth, and the general Ummah who are seeking to refine their leadership/influence skills and leave behind a legacy/gift to Ummat Muhammad, sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam.

Let's compile some awesome names for this instructor training consultany company, in sha Allah. Here are two main names that i had which i'm not content with:

>> Legacy (as in the legacy that the student will leave behind.]
>> Katana [Metaphor for leadership as precise as that of a sword]

What amazing name can you think of? Bismillah ...
What else?

In Front or Out in Front

(as in taking the lead and moving out in front of others, showing the way or winning the race)

Sky's the limit

First Class (as in highest quality and best equipped)

Arrow History in the making...

Assalam Alaikum,
Suddenly the garden of Al Maghrib blossoms with new flowers this summer! And though the buds are still shut, the dew unsettled and the fruit yet unborne - I can almost sense the fragrance of the future!

Okay tearing away from the 'flowery' language, I just want to pause to exclaim about the potential Allah has put behind the works of His servants - SUBHANALLAH!!!

Well, as far as the name calling goes I've got a suggestion.... but before that I'd really appreciate it if one could just read through my explanation of it.

I see this special program as a tool or one could also put it as an 'engine' that helps in the making of the Ummah. It is that by which one can craft himself an invincible masterpiece from the easily moulded man - whose seemingly hollow shell hides a latent glitter of great force and energy. Yada yada yada...

So the one picture that came to mind when I read the first post was of: a huge iron forge, that welded metals together to form a single strong mass known as an alloy. The great pressure and temperature within the forge also allowed the purification of the material by burning away the impurities [proverbially known as "baptism by fire"]
And as Ustad already mentioned a katana, so came to my mind the method adopted by the eleventh century swordsmiths of Samurai Japan. The repetitive beating of the metal bar would mete out the imperfections in the material, and bring forth a sword that could survive a dozen battles. The Toledo ironsmiths of Muslim Spain also used about the same method.

So there you go, my suggestion:

FORGE
Both the Noun and the Verb (that is to create similar men and women of mettle)

(Sorry about the long post, though I can't promise it won't happen again!)

Fi Aman Allah

Narrated Anas: The Prophet (Peace be upon Him) said, "None of you will have faith till he wishes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself." [Bukhari Volume:1 Book :2 Number :12]

This is the place where you will abide and bid farewell to work and toil. This is what matters, one of the gardens of Paradise or one of the chambers of Hell…
