So, do you think it has potential?

Its got a good ring to it...but doesnt seem to have the exclusiveness or impact that i would expect the name to have.

It is said that the ones who fought in Badr were the best of people and the Angels who fought in Badr were the best of Angels...was there a special name given to those people?

Re: BIG Name Calling (TM): Consultancy training

if u look at kawthar deeply it has implications to the subject matter...but u want something that will give the subject matter quickly in order to grab the attention..i was unaware of all the shepherd names in the past..perhaps u can use Messenger instead of shephard on my name...but from what i understand the subject matter is about leadership correct?

How about

Ummah Galvanizers

gal·va·nize
  1. To stimulate or shock with an electric current.
  2. To arouse to awareness or action; spur:
  3. To coat (iron or steel) with rust-resistant zinc

AlKawthar sounds kinda played out and it isn't desi friendly (kauser).

BoardBreakers
(Inspired by BOC... kinda reminds me of ToastMasters...)

AlBaraa Leadership Training (Belal would like that one!)

AlQadisiyyah Leadership Training

What do you guys think of calling it AlKAWTHAR

After I saw someone post "fountain", I immediately thought Kawthar would be a great name.

I though of a few, just to add a few more options of consideration...

Bilqis
Reactor
Transcend
Furor
Qadaa or Qadar
Qamar

But, in all honesty, I prefer Al-Kawthar to many of the English suggestions. It is Arabic, as well as a Surah in the Qur'an. It's implications (whether by translation of the word itself or the Surah) are in direct relation to this as well.

Insha'Allah my input will help.

Salaam,
Hassan

Re: BIG Name Calling (TM): Consultancy training

Masha'Allah I think both Hasan and Hassan have awesome suggestions

BoardBreakers (definitely unique)

Reactor (<---this sounds really cool)
Transcend (<---very inspiring connotation)
Furor (<---this definitely sounds cool too)

Both "Reactor" and "Furor" are pretty awesome sounding.

Personal Favorites:
  • Legacy
  • Blaze
  • Forge
  • Pawn
  • Furor
There is an Izrali style of Martial Arts known as Krav Maga (Close Combat). I figured that it sounded cool - why not call it Self Combat...or Nafs Maga
  • Nafs Maga
Also other Names i thought are cool
  • Criterion
  • Toor

Ok, i've kinda dropped the AlKawthar name because it's been taken.
That's like me calling my company AlMaghrib after someone has the name AlMaghrib already.

My goal is to not make the name some offshoot of a martial arts do-jang. My goal, in sha Allah, is to coach people in overcoming their personal and mental obstacles so that they can achieve even more from life.

So, how about this one:
Peak Performance Coaching by GoBeyond

Now, is this just a weird name that you feel you could get used to. Or do you dislike it.
