A name just hit me, and I thought I'd share it, even though you've chosen GoBeyond. It's a compound word/play on words and I think it may even fit your goals for this program:

LeaderSHAPE Mentoring:
Go Beyond the Peak

It's a play on words - leadership, but not just that, you're getting people into "shape" as leaders, or shaping leaders, so rather than leaderSHIP, LeaderSHAPE. By using that as a title, I think you can get out of the whole Peak-Performance-Coaching-long-sentence-to-describe-something problem.

I think you can also use it like you do the EmanRush word. When people come out of the program and shake things up for the better the convo will be like this:

Dude 1: Dude, brother x is sooo awesome. He's really changed things a lot in his community. How did he learn to be such an awesome leader?
Dude 2: You don't know? Man, that guy was totally LeaderSHAPED.
Dude 1: Ohhhh, no wonder! You know, after seeing how him and all the other guys that got into LeaderSHAPE Mentoring turned out, I think I'm going to see if they'll take me into the program so I can also get into LeaderSHAPE.

Also, as I was thinking about the names of the other organizations you run, I noticed a bit of a syntactical formula:

(Name of the organization) (Type of Organization):
(Slogan)

So

(AlMaghrib) (Institute):
(Give Yourself Some Credit)

(EmanRush) (Audio):
(Sweet)

That was a rather random thought, but it passed through the brainwaves and I thought I'd pass it along in case you'd like a template for future organizational naming ventures insha'Allah.
