I like "Between Two Fingers" because it makes for an amazing visual, it's covered in multiple hadiths, and I feel it aptly describes ummat Muhammad (SAW).

Anyway, my projection for this vote is that Once Upon a Nation will take the win for this one.

And no doubt, the Year of the Elephant could not tread upon The Shepherd's Path

Once Upon a Nation, no doubt, has all the elements of a winner. It is an intriguing name, it will bring people to wonder about the class, and it is not entirely specific, thus necessitating the sub-title, History of the Modern Muslim World.
