How to Bring AlMaghrib to Your Community

As Salaamu Alaykum,

Many have asked, more have wondered but only few have worked hard and won the bids to bring AlMaghrib Institute to their communities.

Now you too can prepare your community to potentially become an AlMaghrib qabeelah. Here's how to start to bring AlMaghrib to your community.

As everyone knows, AlMaghrib Institute pioneered a new concept in Islamic education. That concept is we bring Islamic education directly to your
community. However, the challenges this poses for us and for the communities we work with are tremendous and many times much greater then one can imagine.

Please take a look at the attached PDF file. It gives some awesome tips on how to "unlock doors" and start on the journey of bringing AlMaghrib to your community. Once you have reviewed it, formulate an action plan, and then put it into play. Always remember, work as a TEAM. AlMaghrib is all about fostering Brotherhood/Sisterhood and building strong Muslim communities. Many times there's no better way to do that then by working together with other Muslims in your own community. The larger and more diverse team you have, the better.

We like numbers and we also like quality. And this is the challenge because you have to strike a formidable balance. Generally, we only work with those that are absolutely and fanatically dedicated to AlMaghrib and our mission (see www.almaghrib.org vision statement). Thus, we have a saying at AlMaghrib:

"You want AlMaghrib? PROVE IT!"

i emailed info[at]almaghrib but i havent gotten a response from the person in charge of expansion. is there a way to directly contact whoever is doing expansion?

No effort worth undertaking comes without a great deal of pain. You must EARN AlMaghrib, and then you have to keep taking the pain after that. The payoff is amazing, but a price must be paid in your sweat, toil, time, and life. Do not expect it to be easy, do not expect the world to fall at your feet, and do not ever take a single thing for granted.
