Alhumdulilah, the time is almost here for Banu Ittihaad’s first class: CONQUEST.



First off we want to say jazakumullahu Khairun for registered for this class. Inshallah it

will be a class you will not forget!



Below we have listed the details and all the information you need for next two weekends Inshallah.



1. Pre-registration
We encourage ALL of you to reach out to at least two more people to register for this Course as this is an essential course for every student serious about deeply pursuing Islamic knowledge, and may be a prerequisite for future courses.

If you have family and friends who are interested in registering for the course, please tell them to register ASAP online.

3. Class Timings (Both Weekends):



Friday: 6:30pm – 9:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday : 9:00am – 6:00pm



*Please arrive at least ½ hour early on the first Friday of class in order to register in timely fashion inshallah*



****If you will be coming from across the border, please keep in mind that Fridays there is a lot of traffic on the bridge and tunnel coming into Windsor from Detroit so our suggestion would be to try to make it to the border crossings before 3pm inshallah.****





4. Payment
Students must pay the complete tuition before class. Failure to do so will cause a $10 late charge and may prevent students from being admitted into class and/or receiving class materials.

Also payment can be made credit card by calling Almaghrib at 1-888-ALMAGHRIB (256-2447).[*]Seat confirmation is guaranteed only after a payment is made, and will be based on a first PAY first serve basis.[*]Students paying onsite must bring cash, cheque or money order (payable to AlMaghrib Institute). Credit cards are accepted onsite though we encourage cheques.[*]Individuals are not allowed to enter or attend (sit-in) the class without registration and payment.

Or you can pay at Al Huda Gift & Shop (located inside Windsor Islamic Association)



*After Jumuah, payments will only be accepted on site*

5. Arrival Time.
On the first night of class, it is important for you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the seminar starts. In the highly unlikely event, Allah forbid, you get lost; you have 30 minutes to find your way!

****Note: There is a lot of traffic at the border on Fridays, so try to cross by 3 p.m. inshallah.****



6. Lunch:



Due to certain restrictions we have, Lunch will not be served on site. Listed below are a few halal restaurants where brothers and sisters can go inshallah during lunch break.

7. Snacks:

Healthy snacks will be provided at the breaks onsite inshallah.


8. Dinner:
Inshallah dinner will be provided the Saturday on both weekends inshallah. Brothers will be getting together to have a BBQ at br. Haroon’s house after class is finished while the sisters will be getting together at Sr. Anila’s House for their own get together and halaqa.



9. Accomodations:

Alhumdulilah we have been blessed to have a few families donate their houses for brothers coming in from out of town. If you are interested in staying at one of the houses, brothers please contact br. Please note that none of these hotels are walking distance from the university but by car they are about 5 minutes.



10. Things to bring

Although you will be provided the course binder with plenty of writing space inside, you may still want to bring extra notepaper.Everyone is expected to take notes during the class. You can either bring paper/pen or a laptop to do so. Insha’allah there will be power strips provided for laptops. You will be provided with a binder that includes an outline of what Sh. Muhammad will be discussing.

Also make sure to bring:

• toothbrush
• toothpaste
• Kleenex
• Any medication (Tylenol, antacids, etc).
• sleeping essentials (if staying at the provided houses, bring a sleeping bag or a blanket or pillow)
• contacts solution/case/glasses (for those who wear them)
• extra cash (for food, emanrush cds, or other)
• extra clothing (plan for what you would need for 3 days)

12. Room Setup
To maintain a proper islamic and comfortable environment for everyone, brothers will be in the front rows and sisters will be in the back rows insha Allah. There will be separate registration tables for brothers and one for sisters and also separate entrances.
