Exam Preparation

Assalaamu Alaykum,

We here in Dallas just finished the HOK class... I was wondering if anyone had any practice quizzes or any helpful info we could use to study.

Jazakumallahu Khairun, may Allah reward you all for your help (just reading some of the q/a on the forums has been helpful).

Hope Ramadhan is fairing well for all!

Wassalaamu Alaykum

Re: Exam Preparation

Wa'3alaikum Assalam,

HOK exam!!! Well let me tell you this much... STUDY!!!

*First and foremost, especially for this class specifically, Study groups are really helpful! Everyone goes throgh each Khalifa from beg. to end and you can fill in any missin points or things you may have missed.

* Study the battles thoroughly and know who did what

* One thing that i've seen many Qabeelahs do, including mine, is to have "test yourself" thread... not necessarily called that, but anyhow, and you post questions and have ppl answer... here's one thread http://forums.almaghrib.org/showthread.php?t=10469
Insha'Allah you will find it beneficial.

Allah Ma'3aki

Re: Exam Preparation

well, i dont know if your exam will be like the one that sh. muhammad alshareef gave.....but if it is, then my advice to you is STUDY!!!

As Amirah mentioned in her post, definitely pay attention to the details of the matter.

A sister in our qabeelah, Mariam, jazaha Allah khair, made the following that may be of benefit to you:

Re: Exam Preparation

Jazakallahu Khairun to both of you!!! You have been of so much help! We actually had the class with Shaykh Gyasi, but I can't imagine it being an "easy" exam!!!!!!

Again thanks from Qabeelat Jad!!!
