Enrollment Numbers...

What are our updated enrollment numbers for this week?

I heard last night the numbers were 75.

I wanted to address this who number game issue;

Brothers and sisters, I want to remind myself and others that our drive to have a successful turnout is for the sake of Allah. How is it for the sake of Allah? You want to spread His Deen in your community, amongst your friends, to make Islam supreme on His Earth.

We need to stop using numbers as the PRIMARY way of assessing if we are making progress. The primary method should be to see if we, individually, have the perfect intentions and if we are taking the most effective physical actions.

So numbers are not important? No, that isn't true. It is helpful to quantify your goal but the value and importance of a number has its place and shouldn't be raised above its status.

On a last note, I have been blessed to be involved in various dawah projects in which there half a dozen organizers and we had turnouts of over 100 people. We also have an example of such things with our Qabeelah also. Think about the HOK class. So many people came to the class on our very 1st class on a Labor Day weekend.

When you do things in hope to seek His pleasure, the blessings will come which includes large turnouts.

I'd like to know.. where can we get the little mini cards/ flyer things that have been handed out for the last two classes? I'm pretty sure we could get a lot of people that way Inshallah.

Sarah..umm there was a HUGE stack at the mosque..didnt you see it?? and i think almost if not All fo them are gone..ALhamdulillah!!...
maybe you should ask sis Abeera..she had some last time ?

by the way (sis.Abeera i was expectin a call *ahem ahem*<you can solve almost any thing Masha'Allah~!!)

ANd Yes, I do have loads of AlMaghrib mini Flyers, and this time the flyers are glossy>>>SHINNYYYYyy

Sr.Anila is the AlMaghrib Headquarters for Windsor... so if anyone of you get a chance to stop on by (while ur checking out her new stock of abaya's) make sure to grab a hand full of flyers Inshallah!

yeah they are shiny!!!..ooo sooo shiny ..lol..i saw alot of people pickin up flyers...Insha'Allah we'll have huge numbers although im thinkin most people will sign up last minute!!! lol...its just what they do..!!
