If you're picking a new flavour you better consider geography... Isn't the next class in Michican (Home to dearborn, of course? If that's the case I vote for:

Where's the kunafa?

Kunafa (also spelt Konafa): shredded dough-stuffed with melted goat CHEESE
and drenched in warm syrup.
