Ittihaad Email Lists!

Asalamualaikum Ittihaadi's,

Most of you will be receiving invitations to our new mailing lists very shortly. We have created two new lists in hopes of efficiently keeping everyone in the loop.

The 1st is a volunteer list: ittihaad-volunteers@googlegroups.com

This group is made up of people who have or want to volunteer for Qabeelah Ittihaad. This list will be used to keep people notified of upcoming tasks or events we will need help with.

The 2nd is a member list: qabeelah-ittihaad@googlegroups.com

This group is made up of people who have registered for AlMaghrib classes with Qabeelah Ittihaad. It is announcement only which means you will only receive messages from the manager with regards to upcoming classes or Qabeelah events.

If you do not receive an invite in the next 24 hours and you would like to be added to either list, please send me an email telling me which list you would like to be on.

I have tried several times to join the Qabeela but I have been unsuccessful. Please help me join my Qabeela. JAK!

I dont kno how much help i will be as far as volunteering goes but u cud put me on the list

Assalam alaikum,

InshAllah, we are trying to establish a qabeelah for Edmonton, and your brothers and sisters in our community need your support!

Please join our facebook group (see below) and post your experiences that you encountered when you attended a AlMaghrib seminar in your town. Since our city is new to the AlMaghrib scene, there are alot of Muslims in our city, who arent familar with AlMaghrib. Please take a couple of minutes to write a few comments, and inshAllah you will be rewarded for your time and encouraging others to attend our seminar in May 2009.

There is even a folder called "what do former AlMaghrib students have to say".
