Besmillah...

I must say that I have never seen any new Qabeelah more organized and professional in their planning of a seminar than BANU SALAAM(ATLANTA), mahsa'Allah.

They' have an amazing group of dedicated dawah workers who are working hard to hit their target of 124 students.

At HQ we sincerely pray for their success in becoming an AlMaghrib recognized Qabeelah.

Now can I get some Halal(small font size) AWWW YEAAHHH for them?=)

Masha Allah, may Allah reward them for their efforts and increase them in blessings. Insha Allah this excitement shall continue and hopefully the rest of the AlMaghrib Qabeelas can learn from Qabeelat Salaama's organizational skills. (Is it possible to start a thread in your folder once it's up telling us how you organized yourselves????)

I have to attest to what has been said. I can't say they are the best (come on, ittihaad will never be beat but masha'allah overall this class is going very well. The people are friendly, and very organized. You would never be able to tell that this is Atlanta's first class!!

May Allah reward those who worked hard to put together this class. I ask Allah to bless this qabeelah and make them a way to improve the Muslim community here in Atlanta, and surrounding areas.

jazakumallahu khayr. i hope we have our own atl folder on the forum (very) soon. alhamdulillah the seminar is going well, we are really excited to be hosting our first class, and alhamdulillah i think we got the perfect class and perfect instructor to introduce almaghrib to the ATL community! jazakAllahu khayr to shaykh yaser for really making this not only enjoyable and memorable, but very beneficial (and we still have a whole day to go)

As I was talking to the Atlanta girls yesterday.....I have to say, Almaghrib Atlanta is ready!!!

Many told me they have always had a thirst for knowledge and felt that, for whatever reason, the Atlanta community wasn't providing the means to satisfy this thirst....after yesterday's class, they were ecstatic and very hopeful that atlanta will be getting Almaghrib--since they were satisfied!!

Keep it up people!! Now that you have experienced your first Almaghrib class, go back and spread the word like wild fire. You have an obligation now to share the knoweldge you acquired through this class, and expose people to the opportunity to join these classes in the future!

Also, make your presence known here on the forums. It seems like there were 100 people yesterday in class. Where are you???

Keep up the good work. You will learn very quick that in Almaghrib, the standard is always set higher and higher. You should never be stagnant. When you've reached a goal, set another one even higher and go for it.

May Allah make you succeed in your goals.

I'm so happy that "A" Town had this off the chart seminar. It really says a lot when you hear the same type of talk from so many people. It shows consistency, MASHA ALLAH. There are many stumps along the road that all the Qabeelats have to go through so I am so happy you guys have succeeded, MASHA ALLAH. BANU SALAAM is off the hizzy.

Alhumdullilah, this weekend was amazing. I think was a historic event for the Muslim community of the Atlanta. Jazzakumullahu khair to all the teachers, Al-maghrib HQ, volunteers, students, and people who were giving us advice or making dua!!

Masha'Allah Shaykh Birjas did an incredible job representing AlMaghrib and the position of 'Shaykh'.

He broke all the stereotypes people had of Shayukh: boring, can't smile, strict, won't talk about real issues.

Masha'Allah he was able to talk at everyones level the young, the old, sisters, brothers. No one felt left out.

The Atlanta community leaders and Imams were amazed at the concept of weekend seminars and the quality of instructors, i.e. Shaykh Birjas.

May Allah accept the duas of all those making duas for AlMaghirb in Atlanta and Shaykh Birjas.
