If a person prays 5 times a day but just says that you don't need to pray then the person is considered kafir

If a person does not pray for like 5 years then starts to pray later the he should try to patch it up with sunnah. But as for fasting he has to cover those by doing them and making them up.

The reason that Zuhr prayer is the first prayer is because that was the first prayer that the prophet prayed after it was made obligatory

Anytime you have an order and there is a prohibition then the prohibition takes precedence. When you order there still might be some conditions, (they are conditional) but prohibitions are unconditional.

Can we use cassette recorders for the azan? You are not aloowed to do this because adthaan is ibadah and that requires intention. And cassette reorders cannot make any intention.-_-

The muaddin should be trustworthy. Because he could make the azan even before its time just because he is hungry lolll.
