One prophetic cure and prevention measure for anger, is to befriend those that are better than you in suppressing/channeling their anger i.e., the company you keep has a direct impact on how you yourself express anger.
There is such unparalleled wisdom in the sayings of our Prophet (saw) - subhan Allah!
