Scholarship Application Available!! For Rays of Faith Class

Salamu Alaikum Everyone,

In sha Allah Qabeelat Wedad will be continuing its Help Educate Leadership Program (HELP), this time for the Rays of Faith class in Sacramento. This class will be taking place onFeb. 22-24 and Feb. 29-March 2

These scholarships are being offered independently by Qabeelat Wedad. The number and amount of each scholarship to be offered for this course has not been determined yet, as we are anticipating further pledge donations Inshallah. (If you are interested in donating to the scholarship fund and increasing the number of selected applicants, please email us with your pledge amount at scholarship.wedad@gmail.com.)

The scholarships are set up for serious students desiring to take the course,
who otherwise might be unable to enroll. The HELP committee is asking
those who are interested in applying for the scholarships to fill out the form below and describe why you are a worthy candidate for a scholarship. In order to apply, simply fill out the application below and email it to:

The deadline for emailing the application is Thursday January 31, at 11:59pm SHARP.

In sha Allah we will contact recipients of scholarships by Monday, February 11th.

Please forward this email and the application to anyone who may be interested.
and Please do not underestimate yourselves in this process. Oftentimes, we hear from students who don't apply for the scholarship, because they don't think they will receive it. You will never know unless you try!

A seminar to enlighten the minds and hearts, as we continue on our journey towards Allah SWT and explore the deeper meanings of the last five of the six articles of Islamic faith: Angels, Divine Books, Messengers, the Day of Judgment and Al-Qadar.”Excerpt from www.almaghrib.org

How will this knowledge help you personally as a Muslim and how will it help the collective Ummah? Be as specific as possible. I believe the official notification goes out to them on Feb 14. If it happens sooner, that'll be great.

Today is the day but to my knowledge there are no updates.... I know its not the end of the day but yea, I know at least 5 people who applied, with no update i hope I stay safe

a total of 12 Scholarships have been awarded!!!
