Brothers who generally take most Al Maghrib classes and have a love and enthusiasm for ilm on this quest to take ilm to the next level.

Yes, the way the sessions are set up both sisters and brothers are participants. Due to that, it was decided for many reasons that brothers would be the ones that would lead the review sessions, Insha-Allah.

Maybe I misunderstood. The people we are nominating to be qabeelah reps are also the same individuals who will lead the sessions, as in they also review the material at the session with everyone on a mic. For the purposes of hayaa, it was decided that brothers would do this.

To add the main purpose of having a qabeelah rep is to lead the sessions, and we needed brothers to do that, hence no sister qabeelah rep.

As far as sisters go, right now I'm working with an all-sisters crew (over 10 sisters), and they are definitely many different qabaail being represented there. To add another more sisters to the crew would probably not make us more efficient, waAllahu Alam.
