Awesome work Aisha,
Well, i really wanted us to go during their first meeting which is next week b/c that's when we have the most turn out out of almost the whole year. But the only problem with that was that the csus board only have 5 mins for us, regardless i think one of us should still go and take advantage of those 5 mins.
From the 4 years of being at sac state, i know we're not gonna get even quarter of those people at the second meeting that'll be at the first meeting this thursday.

I would first check with sister Aisha on the 1st meeting thing. At the meeting Saturday, she clearly said that the MSA only gave the second meeting for us.. not the first (yes, not even 5 minutes)

Maybe not everyone caught that response.. i think some sisters had gone out for prayer at that time.

Yes we talked to Aisha afterwards and what I remember her saying is that we don't have the 5 minutes BUT we have permission to go ahead and hand out flyers and get registeration forms and sign people up...unofficially. I don't know if I listed that in the mintues but this post just reminded me what she had said. So we still need volunteers to show up to the first meeting to hand out flyers NOT to do any presentation..i believe Sujood4allah will be there...maybe proudmuslima as well???

It would be helpful to have a brother there to hand out the flyers to the brothers.
