As-salaamu 'alikum,
Is there an AlMaghrib Notes project? By this, I mean a project where students can (if they want, anonymously) upload their notes to different classes ,and others can download (and possibly comment on) their notes. If not, I'll build it insha'Allah, that's not a problem but I don't want duplicated efforts ya'ne if there's already one out there.

Re: AlMaghrib Notes Project
I think various Tribes already have an internal version of this...

Re: AlMaghrib Notes Project
Hayl has something like this, but it's more a compilation than individual notes put up.

When we have enough for a single class, we can begin compilation. For example, as of right now I only have four people's notes for Islam Invulnerable, so we must hold off until more people submit their notes for that class.

Bismillahi ar-Rahmani Raheem Personaly i think this idea has good intentions (May ALLAH (Azza Wajal) reward all those involved, Ameen) but more long term harm. If these qabeelat end up going through with it then at the very least these notes should never be released entirely and should only be given during tribal study sessions. If anything we should work on projects that will help students takes notes easlier instead of spoiling them. On a more larger scale I see Muslim students amongst the laziest in colleges I've been to. They spend time with their friends to figure out who attended a class so they could "borrow" thier notes only to pass the class but end up learning nothing. We should not allow or open up similar practices within our qabeelats. The above post lists some of the reasoning behind the project but falls well short in a real solution. Just a thought.
