Plans for March break?
“What are you doing this time off” … since it’s our so-called “spring break” one has to use these breaks wisely & efficiently. Universities are almost done, some going to visit family, some going back to their countries, WHAT are you doing? Any Islamic events going on your area, starting a dawa’ah project specifically for this time off, promoting rays of faith to others? The time is your & use it wisely

Re: Plans for March break?
Saynab! you've got mail. Our youth mentoring group ( Big Akhi - Big Ukhti) has a few plans for the kids during the break inshaAllah. Taking this time to hopefully do a lot of family bonding as well. Thanks for the reminder. Jazakallahu khairan. Sometimes , we lose track of time and before we know it the whole week is over without having spent it wisely.

But the result is not the Glorious Qur'an, that inimitable symphony, the very sounds of which move men to tears and ecstasy. It is only an attempt to present the meaning of the Qur'an-and peradventure something of the charm in English. It can never take the place of the Qur'an in Arabic, nor is it meant to do so" Pickthall, in his foreward of 1930 Last edited by Sistamatic; 03-07-2008 at 10:31 AM. |
