On our beloved Shaykh Albani (RaheemAllah):
Shaykh Albani for those who do not know was very strict in regards to Hadith... When he was driving to Mecca once,..had acident... the car he was in flipped over... and the students of his who were joining in the journey in the car following him ran out of the car... and one of students were saying Ya Saatir... Ya Saatir... they found out Shaykh Albani was alright, he screamed its not Saatir it is Siteer... Saatir is not as powerful a name...

Imagine if the person next to you, your friends, your parents, your wife knew your sins ? - how could you look them in the Eye if they knew your sins ??? Yet Allah sees us everyday... and always listens to us when we call... do we use the proper etiquette with him at the other end of the phone ?

On the Names Al Ghafoor and Al Ghafaar -
In order to do so, he must have the power to forgive, and know the sin as well as have the power to punish. Allah knows your sins and willingly chooses to punish us or not....

Allah protects us from the consequences of our own actions. Our enemy is our own sins...
when people say, Oh Allah, Why me... why is this happening to me.. do they every say.. to themselves... what am I doing wrong ? When the rain would stop,... not a thunder in the sky,...our predecessors thought that they were eating too much,.. thats why they are suffering...yet we go to bed bellies full day and night... do we ask... did my neighbor eat this night ?

When the Quran was revealed, people asked the Prophet pbuh to clarify things but NOT the names and attributes of Allah swt: These were not problematic to them.
