I actually just had mango shake, which is like lassi sans yogurt. OH, smoothie breakfast's are a good idea. Not oily like paratha's and more likely to energize. You can even crush vitamin C tablets, extra nutrition. Just need a portable blender.

Its actually packaged lassi but very hard to get. Home made lassi is only good in July and August (Mango season) Posted by Br. Ammar
Nice excuse! because we are eating Mangos in Brooklyn even right now in May. |
