Unhappy I Love Majd!

Bismillaah

Ya Jamaa'ah! What is the ruling on skipping your own wedding to attend Al Maghrib?

Desi parents like to complicate things (no complains!) but I really am bugged that I can't attend the first weekend of A Heart Serene.

I am gonna be missing everyone sooooooo much the gathering, the knowledge and my majdies.

Please, remember me in your du'aas. I am gonna be constantly thinking abt you guys.

May Allaah subhanahu wa ta'aala grant us the tawfeeq to welcome the students of knowledge with the greeting they deserve, and allow us to bring comfort and ease during the days they'll be spending with us, ameen.

May Allaah subhanahu wa ta'ala shower Rahmah upon us through those students of knowledge who are traveling extra miles, and make their path to jannah easy for them, ameen.

JazakumAllaahu khayr to br. Umer and all the volunteers for taking on more on their shoulders than they were required to, and I pray that Allaah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant barakah in their time and efforts, ameen.

Enjoy and benefit from the class and the shaikh. And remember those who weren't present with you in your du'aas.

Wassalaamu alaykum warehmatullaah

Salaamu Calaykum my sista, Mabruuk

BarakAllahu laka wa baraka 'alayka wa jama'a baynakumaa fee khayr.

What is the ruling of missing Heart Serene, the biggest class of Almaghrib? hmmm thats taught question. You have to ask Sheikh Raid on that one..

You'll be missing an amazing weekend Insha Allah tacalaa, ( don't want to rub it in your face ..lol) But don't worry, I'm sure you'll get all the notes from the note takers, there are excellent note takers now days and I'm sure you'll hear all the details that happend in class . So my dear sister, do enjoy this happy and joyious occation of yours with those that you love, and may Allah swt. bless your marriage with so much happyness, and may He swt. unite you two in the gardens of Janatul Fardowsa. Ameen

Re: I Love Majd!

We miss your presence Sr.Rabiah and we all love you for the sake of Allah SWT! Hope to see you next weekend Insha'Allah!

P.S. Skipping your own wedding would not be the greatest idea, but it does show your dedication and love towards the qabeelat and Al-Maghrib. May Allah SWT bless your marriage!

Sahih Bukhari reports that Abu Hurayrah said that the Messenger of Allah said,

((There are) two statements that are light on the tongue, but heavy on the Balance, and most beloved to Ar-Rahman: "Glory be to Allah and with His praise, glory be to Allah the Magnificent.''
