"KATIB" club: The Master Notes (TMN) Project
What do we suggest to begin with?
The Master Notes Project “TMN Project” This project has already been in progress for some time and has been worked on by Tayybah and Hosna, and I’m sure other Qabeelas have their own creativity where students collaborate and bring all their notes after a class to produce a ‘Master Notes’ copy of that same class. The project can be expanded to all AlMaghrib students by creating a Google document collaboration file on the same notes by all Qabeelas to build the most accurate copy. This work will become a nucleus to a future book accredited to the teacher and the team who worked on it, and a production of EmanRush Press©. We would like to see the knowledge shared by both the teacher and students during the class be beneficial to all people. “Let there be no piece of knowledge go wasted.” Are you in? |

Re: "KATIB" club: The Master Notes (TMN) Project
What is needed for this project?
a.Students who take good notes during the class to volunteer and contribute with their notes. (If we already have one master note we can discuss a way to share it with other master notes contributors.) b.Go over the recorded classes and transcribe the new material not found in the master copy. c.Create a Google doc. (or any other shared doc. program) for the master notes where all the master note takers can collaborate and add new notes to the document after every class. d.In a course of one year we will have the collaboration of many students from different cities who can add every piece of knowledge shared by the instructor during these classes. We all know teachers share different pieces of knowledge in different classes based on thought provoking questions submitted by the students. e.The Master Note will be edited, formatted and re-edited again and then prepared to be reviewed by the instructor before it is set to print. Which means we will need editors, publishers and book organizers. f.The master note team will have its own Google group for discussing the details of every book. The team will be lead by one of our volunteer students who will be under my personal supervision (Yaser Birjas). Are you in? |

Re: "KATIB" club: The Master Notes (TMN) Project
If you are interested in volunteering for any of the above projects, If you wish to become a “KATIB” member, if you have any extra ideas, then email me with your particular interest and as we collect enough volunteers we can start the project. Once the project starts rolling, we will update you on the forums and add more projects for more students to volunteer. Now, are you a “KATIB”?
Here is where you need to send your email: emanrushpress@almaghrib.org Yaser Birjas |

Re: "KATIB" club: The Master Notes (TMN) Project
look no further than Tayybah's PPN (project professional notes)... their work is off the hook for every course masha-Allah... nearly always over 100 pages in pdf
![]() so this is basically a transcribed course available for purchase for those who couldn't attend the class (or for discontinued classes)?
