Its meant to be a very contextual name, right? About the Midlands, and about the Midlanders, and about the (apparent) immaturaty found herein?

I have a suggestion but no cause to embarrass Ms.Baz as of yet...

I actually think 'Midlands' is very apt too, it fits the bill of our geographic location, the vibe, and its English.

Al-Akhi --> Sounds nyc in a way, but not too sure

But...Is there a different way of spelling it cuz it may be mistaken for RAJA (king?)

The sisters work hard too SubhanAllah... so the name should honour both! AND most of our attendees are sisters!- I knw the shaykh explained it doesnt just mean "the brothers", but at first glance...?

It's not abt recognition, but just to encourage and appreciate the work the sisters have done... You've all been great and have done so much in preparation for this (especially marketing!) May Allah reward you abundantly with the best in this life and the next...Aameen!

With youth comes zeal, new ideas and a need to be challenged! When chanelled in the right way, we have excellent results...
lets focus the name on "Shebbaab" in general keep everyone happy InshaAllah!
