Reports say:
  • Couldn't locate any recordings but folks say it sounds just like his online clips
  • Half the people are praying outside, half are inside where it's packed
  • He prayed 20 rakaat straight with no breaks
  • Parking is pretty crazy but it's worth it
  • Overall amazing

Jazkiallahu khair! EXACTLY what I wanted to hear...especially the 20 rakaat part.

Now I just need to know what the plans are for the last 10 nights. I'm sure it'll be even more packed, but what are the chances of catching the front row, if you stay in your spot from Maghrib-Isha

And does he have security around him the whole time? Just thinking out loud...

You sound like a stalker. My excitement just increased so much more now that we got this info.

Anti_Shaytan, I guess we will just sit from maghrib in our spots and if we can touch him, we will try our best, bi'idnillah. Man, it almost feels like going to Masjid al-Haram where I heard you have to stay from Asr until Isha to get a spot for taraweeh.

I just talked to one brother from Cali who's been going there and he said that most people wait in the front row from ASR! That means you will be bringing me food to break my fast while I wait in my spot

Better than shaykh al-Afasy? Please enlighten me...who is that? May I be able to find his recordings online or on youtube?
