hey guys, its not about the grades, as sheikh abdul bary yahya emphasized in a totally different situation (TSP: Seerah): "Victory is not from numbers, it is from Allah (swt)".

In this situation: It's not about how high your numbers are in the exam because that should NOT be why we take these almaghrib classes. Victory is when you learn and apply the knowledge ascertained for the sake of Allah (swt). Imagine a person who scored a 100 on the exam and did not apply a single bit of information they learned from the class, this is not true victory. Actually, it is a MAJOR defeat. may Allah (swt) accept our efforts and guide us on the straight path. Ameen.

but we still should aim for 100% on tests cuz we do everything with ehsaan. i thought that implementing the ilm was given - it's the exam part that people try to get away from.

But aiming for the One who is above all, the King, the Truth, is incomparably greater indeed.
