Attached you will find an application for Qabeelat Durbah Financial Aid.

The deadline to submit this application is September 26th, 2009* for Heart Serene: Studies in Tazkiyah (October 9-11 & 16-18, 2009). E-mail all applications to financialaid@durbah.org

Requirements for Financial Aid:

1. Exam attendance for the last class will be checked to determine future aid**
2. You MUST register for this class first!
3. Any amount that you are responsible for after receiving aid notification, you MUST bring it on the first day of the seminar, NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Students must attend all days in which the seminar is offered. Please be sure to sign the attendance sheet each time it is available
   
5. Students must take the administered exam for the class. You may take the exam given by Qabeelat Durbah, or if you are unable, request a deferral exam.

*If after this deadline date a student needs financial aid, please apply by filling the form & e-mailing to financialaid@durbah.org and an effort will be made to fulfill the financial needs of the student. Those who apply by the deadline date will get preference for financial aid consideration.

1. Exam attendance for the last class will be checked to determine future loans
2. You MUST register for this class first!
3. Any amount that you are responsible for after receiving loan notification, you MUST bring it on the first day of the seminar, NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Students must attend all days in which the seminar is offered. Please be sure to sign the attendance sheet each time it is available.
   
5. Students must take the administered exam for the class. You may take the exam given by Qabeelat Durbah, or if you are unable, request a deferral exam.
6. Students must payoff the loan by 1 month after the first day of the seminar.
   
7. First day of seminar, student must bring in check ready for deposit and keep date and 'payable to' blank.

*If after this deadline date a student needs loan, please apply by filling the form & e-mailing to financialaid@durbah.org and an effort will be made to fulfill the financial needs of the student. Those who apply by the deadline date will get preference for loan consideration.
