Pls Note: There will *NOT* be class on the 2nd Friday (Aug 7th)

July 31st (Fri. 6:30pm* - 10:00pm)

Parking:

  • There will be plenty of Free parking at the Venues Parking lot Alhamdulilah

Breaks & Lunch:

  • Throughout the seminar there will be 10 minute breaks every 50 minutes InshaAllah. Both weekends, on the Saturday and Sunday, there will be a 2 hour lunch break (Food will not be catered but a list of very local Halal Resturants will be provided)
Check-IN / Registration:


  • On the first day of the seminar (Fri. July 31st), please be sure to arrive between 6:00pm and 7:00pm in order to check-in and finalize registration. Registration will start at 6PM & the seminar can begin promptly at 7:00pm inshaAllah.
  • Please remember that onsite registration/payment will be subject to a $10.00 late fee and will come to $175.00. Onsite payment can ONLY be made with a check or credit card. (NO CASH will be accepted on-site)

Our goal: To fill backpacks with goodies for school children who are less fortunate: in the US, Afghanistan, Palestine, Pakistan, Ghana, and Lebanon,

A great idea masha'Allah. How will you send the bags? Do you have an organisation that will transport them? The last time I checked many Musilm organisations were unable to implement this due to the logistical issues and costs involved.

May Allah bless your project and bring benefit to those in need.

ameen to your duaa!! Alhamdulilah, even though when it comes to our ChariTree we work with alot of different organizations, but alot of times (& for this specific ChariTree we're working with the Zakat Foundation ) Alhamdulilah we will just need to mail them the bags in 1 box & they will take care of the distribution to the children here and overseas. Alhamdulilah one of our volunteers has also dealth with them for a long time and knows they are trustworthy and reliable, waAllahu Ta'ala a'lam
