'Have suhoor, because in suhoor is baraqah' - the propet's hadeeth, people who overeat at iftaar don't wake up for suhoor and then miss their suhoor, so they miss out on all that baraqah that would be their true helper in the day of their fast, not the massssive iftaar.

If you don't overeat in Ramadan and eat healthily, as it goes on you should get stronger, not weaker, your ibaadah should intensify!

Totally.... if there is one thing I learnt from AHS (although Alhumdulillah I learnt a wealth of knowledge by the permisson of Allah, from Sh.Riad) is to wake up for qiyaam ul layl.... I ask Allah to place the love for qiyaam ul layl in all of our hearts, ameen.

And I am missing AHS too, especially in the company of Sh.Riad and my sisters in Islam....may we meet again in the duniya and the aakhira (as Sh.Riad said)
